As the founder of GRC Catalyst, she draws on decades of hands-on experience leading governance, risk, and compliance functions across global pharmaceutical and biotech organisations including both “big pharma” and start-up biotech companies.

In addition, and demonstrating her transferrable skills, she worked on the largest UK infrastructure project, High Speed 2 (HS2) Ltd, designing and delivering their risk-based assurance strategy and framework.
